Sexual Assault - Austin, Texas
October 2, 2010 - According to police, two Austin, Texas men were arrested and charged with attempted aggravated sexual assault after a July, 2010 incident involving a 13-year-old girl. Police say the men picked the girl up from in front of their southeast Austin apartment complex. They took her with them to buy beer and then brought her back to the apartment complex. The men took the girl to a vacant apartment where she drank three beers. The girl said she felt dizzy then went to the apartment of one of the men to use his restroom. The two went back to the vacant apartment where the girl fell asleep with her head on the man's knees on the living room floor. When she woke up, the two men were holding her down and she began to scream. They let her go and she left the apartment and immediately told another resident of the complex about the assault. The men are being held with their bail set at $150,000 and $200,000.
